Ingredients :
- 500g cubed chicken meat
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
- 3 cups of water
- 1 bunch of parsley

- Heat oil in a large saucepan, saute garlic and chopped onions until they become soft.
- Add chicken cubes and saute for 10 minutes
- Add water, season with spices bring to a boil and simmer for 35 minutes
- Add potatoes, simmer for 30 minutes.
